Why a Solstice Ceremony?
Our bodies dance in rhythm to the larger patterns of creation. We are not separate. We are part of a larger story. The rhythms of the earth have invitations for us to deepen into the wisdom of our own bodies and souls.
Winter Solstice is the threshold into winter, into the dark, deep season of rest for the earth. Winter is a profound surrender into what looks like death, but is actually both an ending and a beginning.
Darkness is the realm of the womb and the tomb, birth and death. On this darkest day of the year, the scales tip and we welcome again the birth of the light as we enter the coldest season of the year.
We will gather around the fire and connect to the season as well as our dreams, desires and visions that sparkle in the dark.
Ceremony helps us to participate in the season through community, practice, and intention. As we join together, we remember our wild belonging. We remember the Spirit who sang this spiral dance into being. We remember the oneness of the web of life.
What to expect:
We’ll be outside, so dress warmly. Bring a blanket, hat, gloves, and warm footwear.
There will be hot tea and water; twinkle lights and firelight.
Sacred, loving community; space to listen and share from the heart.
Song, story, and embodied, creative practice specifically to connect to our visions and desires on the cusp of the year’s ending/beginning.
A deep dive into the season. Expect to want more where that all came from...our souls are hungry for ritual and connection.
This is the final workshop in our Dream, Dance, Manifest series, but you do not have to have attended any of those to come.
Who’s this for?
This space is open to anyone longing to connect to body, to earth, to ritual, to the larger community of creation, and to the divine presence within and between.

I am asking $25 for this event.

About Your Guides…
I’m Stephanie Jenkins. I am a creative contemplative, sacred space holder, priestess of presence, and ritual weaver. I am passionate about deepening our connection to the earth, our bodies, and the Divine Mystery that dances in all that is. Listening to these thresholds of the year—the equinoxes and solstices, is a true joy that brings me in deeper alignment with the larger cosmic story. Sharing this type of space with sacred community through conversation, ceremony and reflection is nourishment for both body and soul. I hope you’ll join me!
